• Chic Et Pratique "CP" is a medium size company with an issuing capital of nearly EGP 500k.
• "CP" was established on February 2008 and officially opened it’s first modern furniture showroom on 14th of March 2008
• "CP" has unique concept, principles, policies and style that match along with Egyptian laws, buyers’ attitude and market environment.
• In less than one year, "CP" made a huge success in a time that was actually tough in the whole market generally and in the locally produced furniture business in specific.

Introduction:

• Chic Et Pratique "CP" is working mainly in modern (contemporary) and only high quality locally produced furniture, existing currently at it’s famous Mohandessin branch, however “CP” also work in classic but upon orders and might have future plans to open a classic furniture branch later on.
• "CP" is not a furniture importer (only accessories might be imported) which makes "CP" not just a furniture seller, “CP” customize furniture according to customers’ requests that makes our clients modify in dimensions, choose their own colors, fabrics, accessories … etc.
• "CP" uses the best available materials, natural rich hard wood, natural veneers with perfect finishing quality. “CP” also has a good after sales service that makes our clients ensure the durability of their furniture for so long.
• "CP" is having the capability to sell to individuals, and also have experience and/or able to furnish hotels/restaurants/cafes’, embassies, hospitals & medical centers/offices and else.

"CP" only work in locally produced furniture, that does not mean using local materials (Egypt is an importer of wood and related materials) but means it’s manufactured in our local market and customized properly according to a contract and related specifications document with attached photo/design to ensure both; manufacturing process and clients’ exact needs.

1. Bed rooms: including dressing rooms/closets and walking closets with any possible design.
2. Dinning rooms: all shapes, various designs/colors.
3. Kitchens: including taking measurements, offering designs with different alternatives, main accessories, granite, metal/aluminum … etc. and built-in wooden closets if requested.
4. Reception & Living rooms: including fabrics, natural or artificial leather.
5. Entertainment sets: including book closets, LCD units, DVD holders, decorative shelves with any shape/color/dimension … etc.
6. Tables & Consoles: and any other wooden pieces
7. Curtains: including taking measurements, fabrics and accessories.
8. Wooden frames, accessories (wooden by "CP" or imported from mainly China, Far East and Europe) wall units and decorative stuff.

• Chic Et Pratique is working in a quite unique concept, that is considered a fair balance between modern and classic furniture – We are using those marvelous modern designs that are known of their simplicity, high quality finishing, satisfactorily viewed, nicely colored, attractive glossy/matte paintings, practical as of weight/dimensions …etc. But still keen to utilize the elegancy of classic furniture that will never end, in terms of using massive natural wood/veneers, special old paintings – So that finally, the piece of furniture will boast its Elegancy, Practicality, Simplicity and Natural Look.

Chic Et Pratique has a proper system, with strong management that made it one of the most successful furniture showrooms recently in just one year. Management has its own policies and business procedures to ensure best service to our clients, as well as giving a guarantee to our customers about the work that will be customized, delivered and installed later on.

Our policy is clear to anyone who is interested to buy our products, and simply understand it since the first visit to our stores – We have different departments, in which every person has his own responsibilities towards our clients, with some proper documents that manage the proper relation between "CP" and customers, to ensure that everything is clear from the very first beginning.

Our principles are mainly our name "Chic Et Pratique" (Elegant & Practical) and could be clarified as follows:

Chic:

• To be chic in our relations with customers, suppliers, every person we deal with.
• To set and replace chic stuff in our showrooms, that looks impressive to everyone who visit us.
• To make our showrooms chic all the time, clean, and all stuff looks always new.
• To produce/sell/design/deliver/install chic furniture pieces that looks adorable and kept for ages in a good shape.
• To use chic materials, regardless of its price/country/client related to … etc.
• To sell to chic customers who actually understand the difference in qualities, used materials, prices, what is included when buying … etc.

• To produce/sell practical furniture, regardless of its design (a piece may look nice and doable but not practical so we may suggest another)
• To use practical materials to ensure durability rather than others.
• To think and communicate practically – Some stuff is undoable or illogic, or materials made of are unavailable or having shortage, so we don’t have to cheat ourselves and the client, saying “can’t do it” or should be done that way is better in such cases.
• To sell by a practical price, filling practical documents, offering practical delivery time, using practical materials, and installing in a practical way.

In almost a year, "CP" had been achieving a lot of successful stories since its first opening, that we could mention some of them as follows:

1. Hitting our own tough sales target since the second month of opening.
2. Reaching nearly 420 actual clients, either furniture or accessories buyers.
3. Fully/partially furnished apartments, villas, town houses, chalets, restaurants, cafes’, medical centers, offices, companies.
4. Worked recently in finishing and furnishing apartments/villas.
5. Officially signed or established word of mouth agreements with esteemed companies, interior designers/engineers, and have been listed as one of the most desirable furniture suppliers to huge and well-known companies in Egypt.
6. "CP" made work to clients all over Egypt, either to Egyptian residents, foreign residents or non-residents with various nationalities, with a real positive and pleasing feedback.
7. Best delivery time ever, which made many of our clients ask to postpone their deliveries to later time, as we usually finish even before contracts with tight delivery timing.
8. Number of "CP" employees has been doubled from only five persons during the opening to reach ten persons in almost one year.
9. Took three warehouses to secure our stocks and ensure a proper delivery time.
10. Appeared in most of the furniture catalogues issued in Egypt, TV shows (and kept receiving offers to shoot at our showroom as it really looks impressive) and made a good success through our facebook group that reached almost 3,700 members until today, some of them are existing clients of CP and more than 1,300 fans in CP facebook fans page
11. Gained lots of new clients through word of mouth – sold or customized stuff to celebrities, professions, foreigners and even non-residents who shipped their work to their countries – That made us work 14 hours a day, 7 days a week.
